Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop detailed care plans for children and young people in care
Deliver targeted interventions to improve safety, wellbeing and developmental outcomes
Manage a caseload of looked after children in line with statutory duties and timescales
Work collaboratively with education, health and other partner agencies
Attend and contribute to care planning meetings, statutory reviews and case conferences
Provide practical and emotional support to foster carers and connected persons
Maintain accurate, timely and compliant case recordings and reports
