Job Description:
This role involves working remotely from home, booking itineraries, destinations, and activities for clients.
Join a company with over 70 years of experience serving clients worldwide. No experience is necessary; training will be provided. This is a commission-based position.
Core Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing concierge-level service to travelers from start to finish.
* Respond to inquiries via telephone, email, and online submissions promptly.
* Research and book domestic and international travel packages, including flights, hotels, tours, and ground transportation.
* Work with top suppliers like Expedia, Universal Studios, Princess Cruises, Avis, Delta, etc.
* Familiarize with multiple web-based booking engines and travel resources.
* Calculate pricing and costs for trip changes or additional fees.
* Provide e-tickets and process credit card payments over the phone.
Travel Planning and Sales:
* Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and advise on destinations, transportation, dates, costs, and accommodations.
Qualifications:
No prior experience necessary; training will be provided. Essential qualities include exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to prioritize and multitask.
