Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Primary School, Colchester
Responsibilities
* Provide whole-class cover in the absence of the teacher
* Support learning across the school, working closely with teachers and the leadership team
* Deliver interventions and small group work to raise attainment
* Play an active role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
* HLTA qualification (Level 4 or above) is essential
* Experience working within a primary school setting
* Confident in covering whole classes independently
* Strong communication and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
