Key Responsibilities: • Lead on curriculum development and delivery in English across the school • Support colleagues with literacy-focused strategies and inclusive teaching practices • Monitor progress in English and implement targeted interventions • Work as part of the senior leadership team to drive whole-school improvement • Manage staff and contribute to CPD and performance management • Collaborate with external agencies and support services to ensure student success Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) • Strong track record of teaching English, ideally in an AP or SEN setting • Experience in a leadership role or readiness to take the next step • Deep understanding of barriers to learning and strategies for re-engagement • Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
