The role:
1. Managing a case load of private Child Care files
2. Handling client contact and care
3. Legal Aid applications
4. Handling court dealings
The ideal candidate:
5. Has strong experience or understanding of Child Care work
6. Has experience working within a Family Law department, ideally Care
7. Can work off own initiative and is proactive in approach to work
8. Experience with Legal Aid and court dealings
