Key Responsibilities: * Handle incoming enquiries via email and telephone * Manage data administration, documentation, and maintenance paperwork * Raise quotations, source pricing, and process invoices * Order stock and liaise with suppliers * Upload and manage documents within internal systems * Assist with general administrative duties to help reduce workload across the team Essential Skills & Experience: * Previous experience within the engineering, technical facilities or construction sector is essential * Strong working knowledge of MS Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications * Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage high volumes of data entry and screen-based work * Confident and professional telephone manner when communicating with customers and suppliers * Able to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a positive, can-do attitude Desirable: * Estimating or quoting experience would be a strong advantage Personal Attributes: * Highly motivated, enthusi...
