Job Summary
This post is a Fixed Term/Secondment until 31.03.2027. If you are a Hywel Dda University Health Board employee applying for this post as a secondment, agreement for the secondment is needed from your current manager prior to application. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, dynamic team of transformation professionals working across the Health Board, Local Authority and Third Sector partners. The role is central to driving the integration of health and social care services in Pembrokeshire. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to support project delivery, governance, and reporting across a portfolio of initiatives aimed at improving health and wellbeing outcomes for our population.
Responsibilities
* Lead on the planning, implementation and delivery of specific projects relating to innovation and transformation.
* Provide project support to the Directorate and Project Manager in the planning and delivery of programmes.
* Communicate effectively to build good working relationships and work autonomously, prioritising workload to meet strict deadlines.
* Assist in audits to ensure excellent data quality.
Qualifications and Knowledge
* Degree or equivalent experience / CPD.
* Thorough understanding of a range of PC software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Email, Intranet).
Experience
* Demonstrable experience of supporting and managing projects.
* Demonstrable experience of organising and coordinating a range of complex projects simultaneously.
Desirable Experience
* Experience of working within an NHS environment.
* An understanding of project methodology.
Language Skills
* Welsh Speaker (Level 1) – desirable.
