Psychology Graduate SEN Support – Swindon

Immediate Start

Pay Rate: £85–£100 per day

Are you a Psychology Graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience working with young people who have complex needs? We are working with a welcoming secondary school in Swindon seeking passionate individuals for a Psychology Graduate SEN Support position. What You’ll Be Doing as Psychology Graduate SEN Support

* Providing tailored 1:1 and small‑group support to students with complex needs
* Using your understanding of behaviour and child development to help students engage with learning
* Building strong, trusting relationships to help pupils feel safe, understood, and supported
* Modelling positive behaviour and promoting emotional regulation
* Demonstrating a strong commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing


The Ideal Psychology Graduate SEN Support Candidate

* A Psychology graduate (or a related field)
* A genuine interest in SEN, behaviour, or child development
* Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
* Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals (desirable)
* Ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations
* A clean and up‑to‑date DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
