We’re looking for Early Years Educators with experience in child development and committed to supporting children’s growth and learning based at our Droitwich nursery.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional early years education, supporting each child’s development and learning journey.
* Confidently implement and follow frameworks such as the EYFS to ensure high-quality teaching and care.
* Meet the daily needs of every child with compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism.
* Design and deliver stimulating activities that enrich learning and promote holistic development.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers through open and effective communication.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, health, and safety in every interaction and environment.
* Actively contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas and insights to positively shape the future of the children in our care.
Qualifications
* Level 3 qualification in early years education.
* Experience with child development and learning, and a commitment to children’s emotional and intellectual growth.
* Confident communication skills, professionalism, and collaborative working style.
* Inclusive and supportive approach creating a respectful environment.
* Reflective practice and commitment to professional growth.
* Easy commute to multiple nursery sites within a one-hour radius.
Nice to have
* Paediatric First Aid certification.
* Experience supporting children with additional needs.
* Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software.

* £28,038.40 per annum, based on 40 hours per week.
