Food Technology Teacher to join their dynamic Design & Technology department from September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to deliver engaging and practical lessons that spark creativity and promote healthy living amongst students aged 11–16.
Your New RoleAs a Food Technology Teacher, you will:
1. Plan and deliver high-quality, practical lessons in line with the national curriculum.
2. Foster a safe and stimulating learning environment in the food tech classroom.
3. Encourage students to develop essential life skills and a passion for food and nutrition.
4. Assess, monitor, and report on student progress effectively.
5. Contribute to the wider schoolmunity and extracurricular activities where appropriate.
What You'll Need to Succeed
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
7. Specialism or strong experience in teaching Food Technology at KS3 and KS4.
8. A creative and engaging teaching style with strong classroom management skills.
9. Amitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
