Credit Controller - Tibus & Zesty - 6 Month FTC

Your role:
Primary responsibilities are, full ownership of the Credit Control function for Tibus, including billing, reconciliation of customers, chasing and securing payment within agreed terms of business, receiving incoming emails and telephone calls from customers and providing regular reports to meet set targets, KPI’s and deadlines.
Day to day you will:
Admin
1. Provide the banking team with account numbers for daily BACS payments received within set deadlines
2. Action emails from the banking team within agreed timescales and deadlines
3. Remittances to be saved down as PDF’s to assigned P drive for the banking team to access within agreed timescales and deadlines
4. Zendesk emails to be acknowledged and responded within agreed SLA’s
5. Action New Customer Requests and customer amendment requests within SOX guidelines
6. Change report to be provided to the AR Supervisor along with all backup each morning.
7. Cash allocation for all customers to be actioned on a daily basis
Ledger Management
8. Chase collection of outstanding payments from customers via telephone, email and letter
9. Receive incoming calls and emails from customers.
10. Surface, investigate, and raise assigned customer account queries via manual query google doc and liaise with the Admin Clerk for response within agreed SLA timescales
11. Monitor and chase resolved queries with assigned customers
12. Maintain accurate customer records via customer comments and diary
13. Issue Dunning Notices for outstanding balances
14. Action weekly aged debtor report downloads
15. Update weekly aged debtor reports with any promised payments
16. Raise own journal amendments
17. Attend regular ledger reviews and provide reasons for any outstanding invoices on the ledger
18. Provide cover on other ledgers when required
Other Duties
19. Liaise with the Admin Clerk in Belfast to ensure billing is actioned by the agreed deadlines
20. Review unallocated cash across all accounts, contact customers to obtain remittance or advice in order to allocate payment
21. Validate completed billing templates across all business areas
22. Complete report requirements as set by AR Supervisor or AR Manager
23. Raise and process Refund requests
24. Key Journals on a rota
What we’re looking for from you:
25. Knowledge of SAP
26. Excel – Basic to Intermediate
27. Word – Basic to Intermediate
28. Excellent understanding of Credit Control practises and procedures
29. Efficient and hardworking with ability to multitask
30. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
31. A good team player capable of flexibility
32. Self-motivated with proactive approach
