Registered Children’s Home Manager – Northampton, Northamptonshire
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (DOE)
We are seeking a committed and experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager to take the lead in a residential care home near Northampton. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring outstanding care and compliance in an Ofsted-regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full operational management of the home, including care quality, safeguarding, and team performance.
Ensure ongoing compliance with all Ofsted requirements and relevant legislation.
Build and maintain a nurturing, trauma-informed environment focused on positive outcomes for each child.
Work closely with families, local authorities, and professionals to support each child’s well-being and development.Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial or deputy role within a children’s residential care setting.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People’s Services) or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding practices, and children’s home standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.Benefits
