Workshop Controller – Battersea Volkswagen
Contract type: Permanent, full-time
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 08:00‑18:00 with 1 hour lunch
Salary: Up to £46,660 including OTE (basic £39,000)
Responsibilities
* Ensure that all working practices comply with company, DVSA, health and safety, and OEM policy.
* Make sure all service work is carried out correctly, competently, and on time, with customer satisfaction in mind.
* Maintain relationships with the vehicle manufacturer and provide support to technicians during repairs, ensuring high standards are achieved.
* Liaise with colleagues and other departments to ensure a top‑quality service for customers.
* Schedule work to meet customer needs, taking into account workshop targets, job complexity, and parts availability.
* Assist with technical challenges by supporting the team and writing technical reports.
