You will manage the process for In Year Applications under the Fair Access Protocol (FAP) and become familiar with the Admissions Code of the West Sussex FAP. Key responsibilities of the role include: Maintaining databases through data input, keeping accurate records, and working to deadlines. Managing agreed allocated funding by panels. Preparing Pupil Placement Panels, documents, and agendas. Answering enquires through emails and calls related to Fair Access. You will be required to liaise with the Fair Access panel, schools, parents, admissions, and colleagues across Children's and Education Services, providing data and information, agendas, and advice. About You We are looking for someone with organisation and administrative skills for maintaining data and records. As the work may occasionally involve exposure to emotionally demanding subject matter, you will need personal resilience. You will also escalate matters to your manager for advice and guidance when required.
