Key Responsibilities Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Prepare management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure compliance with accounting standards Support quarterly and annual shareholder reporting Assist the Finance Director with reporting and presentations to senior stakeholders Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning Provide insight to support cost control and business performance Partner with internal teams to improve financial understanding Identify and deliver process improvements across finance What will make you successful You will be an experienced finance professional, either fully ACCA/ CIMA qualified or currently working towards qualification. You'll bring strong analytical skills, with a focus on data integrity, reporting accuracy, and attention to detail.
