The first businesses within the Group were established in 2000 and the Group has since grown to cater to a variety business needs, including: headhunting, consulting & Human Resources (HR), research, mid-market and job advertising. The Group’s head office is based in Altrincham, with other offices in London and Southampton and a collective headcount of 15.
Responsibilities:
The Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for providing support to Senior Consultants in order to deliver on recruitment projects effectively and efficiently. The Recruitment Administrator will gain exposure to a variety of search techniques and will work closely with the Senior Consultants to assist in the identification of the best talent.
Day to day to the Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for checking the applications of live roles and filtering Curriculum Vitae's (CVs) to provide the best talent. They will conduct searches for suitable candidates through the use of Curriculum Vitae databases. The Recruitment Administrator will conduct telephone and video call screens of candidates to decipher their suitability for roles and they will record all data using the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliant database. The Recruitment Administrator will also provide ad hoc support throughout the business as and when required.
Skills and Experience:
The Researcher Administrator will possess high levels of enthusiasm, tenacity and analytical ability. They will be comfortable with using the telephone, as well as email, by means as communication.
English and Maths GCSE grades C or above.
Computer Literate.
