We're a small, close-knit team based in Deeside, and we're looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Operative to join us. You'll be part of a team of 13 people working across warehouse, production, and office roles – but we're also part of a larger group of companies, which means long-term job security and opportunities for growth across the wider organisation.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Picking and preparing customer orders accurately
* Rotating stock and managing inventory levels
* Receiving and checking deliveries
* Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
* Working closely with colleagues in warehouse, production, and sales
* Supporting with builds and kit prep – from service kits to complete davit systems
It's a varied role – one day you might be picking a single item, the next you're palletising a large order or helping assemble a product for dispatch.
