Job Description
3. Manage and monitor the Credit Control process to ensure timely payments.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate payment collections.
5. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
6. Prepare and issue invoices and account statements accurately.
7. Handle customer queries and provide solutions in a professional manner.
8. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting of outstanding debts.
9. Support the implementation of credit policies and procedures.
10. Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of accounts.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
