Hours: Part-time only, working 3 days out of 5. Fixed term contract to November 2025. Working weekends and bank holidays as required.

Here at Chessington World of Adventures, our 2025 Season is in full swing and we are recruiting for a Waste & Recycling Team Leader to join the team
You will manage the department on a day-to-day basis, acting as an exemplary role model and demonstrating a professional and consistent management style that reflects the needs of both the team and the business.
You will ensure the effective deployment and utilisation of seasonal staff to always deliver the park to the best possible presentation standards and actively ensure that high standards of Adventurer care are delivered by all as well as performance manage the immediate team, including training & 121 reviews.
You will always enforce Health & Safety policies & procedures, ensuring it remains our No1 priority and carry out any ad hoc projects with the Manager. You will help support managing waste streams and keeping both park and back of house areas clean including all washrooms.
Other duties may include supporting Other operational team leader roles, such as Park Presentations team leader.
* Walk Park areas, to ensure all guest facing areas are kept clean and clear of litter.
* To ensure guest facing bins have been emptied daily and washrooms have been cleaned and signed off, to a high standard.
* To ensure our Resort cleaners are completing daily tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
We need you to come with is the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver a Jaw Dropping experience to our Guests
Previous management experience is desirable but not essential.
Due to the nature of this role, you must be aged 18 and older and a driving license is desirable.

Pay Range
GBP £12.58/Hr.
