Your role as Room Leader:
* Lead and manage a room within the nursery
* Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
* Support, guide, and motivate your team, encouraging development
* Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children
* Build strong relationships with families and meet each child’s individual needs
What we’re looking for:
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Excellent understanding of safeguarding and child protection
* Previous leadership experience desirable
* A positive, proactive, and passionate approach
