Role Overview:
As a Client Service Executive, you will act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries. You’ll manage the entire client lifecycle process, supporting a high-performing investment management team and ensuring a seamless and professional client experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, using your understanding of business needs to deliver excellent outcomes.
* Take full ownership of the client lifecycle administration process from onboarding and account setup to ongoing account management and service delivery.
* Act as the central liaison between clients, investment teams, operations, and other departments, ensuring consistent communication and efficient workflow.
* Ensure compliance with internal operating models, managing processes such as:
* Account opening, onboarding, and transfers
* Client payments and account amendments
* Quarterly valuation cycles
* Support the investment team with gathering information for client suitability (e.g. risk questionnaires, financial documents), and assist with producing welcome letters and summaries.
* Attend client meetings as needed, leading on administration-related discussions and ensuring follow-up actions are executed.
* Share best practice with team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and client service standards.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Understanding of the regulatory environment within UK financial services.
* Familiarity with wealth management and investment products.
* Experience in a similar role, managing end-to-end client administration processes.
* Experience managing administrative staff (desirable).
* Client-facing experience (desirable).
* Minimum of GCSEs (A-C or equivalent) in English and Maths.
