This role involves providing essential administrative support within the transport department to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: Complete daily transport administration tasks, including raising PO's, scanning, and filing transport documentation. Optimise the use of resources to maintain accurate scanning and filing processes. Respond to queries professionally via email, phone, and face‑to‑face interactions. Support the production of daily operational statistics. Manage transport administration through Mandata and Microlise and oversee the Time & Attendance (T&A) system. Foster positive working relationships and provide support across the team. Requirements: Previous experience working within the Transport and Logistics industry is preferred. Ability to communicate at all levels. Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload. Attention to detail is critical and working to deadlines daily. Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative. Strong Excel skills, including confident use of formulas and data organisation. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
