Job Description
1. Lead full project lifecycle management from preconstruction through turnover
2. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and financial reporting
3. Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure alignment on schedule, logistics, manpower, and quality expectations
4. Manage subcontractor procurement, contract writing, buyout, and ongoing coordination
5. Maintain strong relationships with owners, design teams, consultants, and trade partners
6. Drive project meetings, documentation, RFI responses, and change management processes
7. Monitor and control project costs, forecasting, billing, and risk mitigation
8. Oversee submittals, shop drawings, and technical coordination processes
9. Collaborate with internal teams on safety planning, quality control, and project execution strategies
10. Mentor Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other emerging team members
11. Ensure projects are delivered to high standards of safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
12. 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or APM with a commercial or industrial GC
13. Experience delivering complex technical projects such as:HealthcareTech or industrial manufacturingLife sciences / labsData centersPower or process facilities
14. Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
15. Deep understanding of MEP coordination, structural systems, and technical building processes
16. Proven track record managing projects from $10M-$200M+
17. Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
18. Ability to work collaboratively with field teams and internal operations leadership
19. Comfortable working in a high‑performance, growth‑oriented environment
