CMM Operator
Job Description
• Proficient in the setup, operation and adjustment of fixtures, programs and probes on CMM measurement machines.
• Ability to work to company standard work instructions as defined by the engineering, quality and the leadership team.
• Ensure traceability
• Provide constructive verbal and written feedback to engineering and quality with regards to measurement dimensional conformance.
• Fully conversant with the interpretation of engineering drawings and able to carry out 1st off inspection and running checks on established products for operators within the cell.
• Perform duties, such as Tropos reporting, OEE, maintenance requests and end of shift close out report.
• Support the cell leader in training and transferring job skills and knowledge as required and in-line with company strategy.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
• Experience using CMM machines to inspect high precision parts (aerospace, power generation, oil & gas, automotive, nuclear etc)
• Confident in reading engineering drawings
