Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining and troubleshooting a wide range of ICT equipment, including computers, networks, software, and peripherals. Providing first-line technical support to staff and students, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues. Collaborating with teachers and administrators to integrate technology effectively across the curriculum, fostering innovative teaching and learning approaches. Developing and implementing the school's ICT strategy, aligning it with evolving technological advancements and the needs of the school community. Proactively monitoring and maintaining the school's network security, ensuring data integrity and safeguarding student and staff information. About the Candidate To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and experience: A relevant technical qualification in ICT or a demonstrably strong understanding of ICT hardware, software, and network systems. Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar educational or technical support role. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and find solutions to complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive working relationships with staff and students at all levels. A proactive and customer-service focused approach, committed to providing exceptional technical support. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
