We have a brilliant opportunity to join our fantastic Hartlepool Move on team. We are the multi skilled hands-on practical support that helps our colleagues deliver services to our customers.
We work with customers who have low to medium housing needs, across a mix of properties and grounds. As our handy person, youll spend much of your time working across different properties.
What you'll do
* Perform minor or emergency repairs, decorating and cleaning in properties and communal areas.
* Handle tasks like hanging curtain poles, moving furniture, touching up paint, changing washers, unblocking sinks, mowing lawns and clearing grounds.
* Carry out regular fire safety checks.
* Work with colleagues, contractors and customers.
* Liaise with Customer Service Centre and contractors to report and follow up on repairs outside your remit.
