About the Role: As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance cloud web applications. Your contributions will directly shape the future of our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable cloud-based web applications using C#, .NET 8, TypeScript, and React Optimise application performance and reliability within Azure environments Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers Conduct thorough code reviews and uphold coding best practices Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact features and enhancements Influence architectural decisions and help define technical strategy Design and optimise data models and queries for Azure SQL Server Utilise Azure cloud services and Kubernetes to improve scalability, performance, and monitoring What We're Looking For: Strong experience in C#, modern .NET, TypeScript, and React Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web application architecture Proficient in SQL, ideally with hands-on experience using Azure SQL Server Experience with Docker and deploying containerised applications Familiarity with cloud-native tools and services, particularly within Azure Proven ability to mentor and support junior developers Strong grasp of software engineering principles, including CI/CD and automated testing Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Bonus: Experience with Azure DevOps, microservices architecture, Kubernetes, performance optimisation, and secure application design Benefits include: Holidays: 25 days of annual leave (FTE), plus bank holidays, with an extra day for every three years completed (up to a maximum of 30 days).
