The business is comprised of two segments: Affluent and High Net Worth.
Affluent encompasses the financial planning business, Quilter Financial Planning, the Quilter Investment Platform and Quilter Investors, the multi-asset investment solutions business.
High Net Worth includes the discretionary fund management business, Quilter Cheviot, together with Quilter Cheviot Financial Planning – offering a highly personalised service to private clients, charities, trustees, and professional partners. Quilter Cheviot has presence throughout the UK, Ireland and Channel Islands.

This role is a core enabler and mobiliser that drives momentum across Quilter. The role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, bringing clarity to complexity, and can ‘get things done’.. You’ll be supporting delivery of key organisational priorities, connecting people, ideas, and working closely with others to translate priorities into real-world results. You will coordinate high-impact initiatives, ensure strategic decisions are actioned effectively, and support the preparation of, and involvement in, key governance meetings.. You will also serve as a vital link with the wider organisation.
Your responsibilities will span executive coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight. From preparing executive briefings and tracking key projects to supporting governance and cross-functional collaboration, this is a highly visible role that demands discretion, agility, and a proactive mindset.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Drive Organisational Impact: Partner with the Chief of Staff to shape and execute high-priority initiatives that influence the direction and success of the business.
2. Champion Strategic Alignment: Monitor and report on progress against organisational priorities and OKRs, ensuring teams are focused and moving in sync.
3. Orchestrate Executive Engagement: Prepare compelling reports, presentations, and meeting materials for the Quilter Executive Committee and other senior forums, ensuring every interaction is impactful.
4. Lead Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships across the business, orchestrating communications and engagement activities that foster alignment and momentum.
5. Enhance Executive Operations: Provide seamless administrative support for executive meetings, including agenda management, collation of inputs, and follow-up on actions.
6. Innovate and Improve: Continuously challenge and refine internal processes and ways of working, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation.
7. Act as a Trusted Advisor: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
8. Master Multitasking: Juggle competing priorities with agility, supporting the Chief of Staff in effective prioritisation and bandwidth management.
9. Spot and Seize Opportunities: Proactively identify and drive areas of opportunity, helping to unlock value and deliver results on behalf of the Chief of Staff.
About You
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust environment and brings strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills. You will need to be comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment, where often priorities can shift in a short space of time, while managing multiple priorities.
