About the role
An engaging, part‑time (29 hours per week) Marketing Coordinator will join the Portfolio Marketing Team for a fixed term until 31 July 2026. The post is based at Lancaster campus with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring on‑site presence Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Responsibilities
* Produce high‑quality written and digital content for marketing channels including email, web and print publications.
* Support student recruitment subject‑level marketing by creating and managing content across the applicant journey – from top‑funnel advertising and prospectuses to website, social media, personalised email and direct mail.
* Collaborate with faculty teams to produce subject‑specific marketing materials and campaigns.
* Manage and optimise content via content management systems and marketing software.
* Prioritise workload to meet multiple deadlines and handle ad‑hoc tasks such as content update during the August clearance period.
Person Specification
* Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
* Experience building relationships with stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
* Knowledge of marketing content creation for diverse audiences.
* Familiarity with content management systems, photo‑editing and email marketing platforms is desirable but not essential.
* Self‑motivation and ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
