Employment Solicitor (3+ PQE)

The Role:
Our client, a reputable law firm known for their dynamic and supportive culture, is seeking an accomplished Employment Solicitor to join their busy team. You'll handle a diverse caseload, advising both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious matters. Your role will involve:
1. Managing tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing cases.
2. Advising on employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
3. Providing strategic advice on TUPE, redundancies, and restructures.
4. Supporting clients with day-to-day HR and employment law queries.
5. Delivering training and workshops to clients.
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
6. A minimum of 3 years PQE in employment law.
7. Proven experience handling a variety of employment law matters.
8. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to think commercially.
9. Excellent communication and client care skills.
10. A proactive, team-oriented approach.
