Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements: Experience in Cryptography / Information Security ITIL Foundation Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Strong stakeholder management, able to influence and negotiate at all levels Attention to detail and accuracy of work Experienced at making informed decisions against tight timescales Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks concurrently Proficient in MS Office applications Experience in IT Security roles (desirable) Knowledge of cryptography (desirable) Industry relevant Security qualifications (desirable) Industry relevant Project Management qualifications (desirable) Experience in an Operational environment (desirable) Operational documentation creation and maintenance (desirable) Understanding of change disciplines including change and release management (desirable) Strong in incident response procedures and standards (desirable) Experience of Sharepoint, Confluence and JIRA (desirable) Unix/Windows O/S skills (desirable) Strong background in delivering privacy, compliance and data protection services (desirable) Responsibilities: Undertake all team activities in line with client wider strategy and crypto strategy Ensure the integrity and availability of cryptographic and key management services to business functions and applications Maintain accurate environment documentation, process and device categorisation Provide ongoing assurance that risk and compliance requirements are being conducted satisfactorily and evidenced Generate Key Components across various platforms including IBM, Tandem, Unix Manage Cryptographic infrastructure including HSM configuration/installation/support Oversee SSH Key Management and Certificate management Handle incident management and change management Support resourcing, scheduling and distribution of work requests for HSM and Key management Gather, distribute, store, recover, and delete cryptographic keys according to defined procedures Manage Cryptographic infrastructure including out of hours support and production of monthly management information Ensure adherence to Group IT Security Standards Conduct problem, incident, and change management including root cause identification Develop procedures/processes and deliver projects Ensure governance and clear record keeping of activities Proactively improve operations and customer experience/turnaround Assist in the management of control issues identified via audits or other control issues Technologies: Cryptography Confluence HSM IBM Support ITIL JIRA Security SharePoint Unix Windows Hardware Python More: We are a dynamic company based in Knutsford, offering a hybrid working model with three days per week onsite.
