FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities sector for an experienced Project Director. This is a strategic leadership role overseeing a portfolio of complex operational projects within Asset Survey & Inspection field services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire regional/project managers and dispersed field teams
* Drive commercial success and manage regional P&L performance
* Support bids and proposals with strong value propositions
* Deliver financial targets and implement process improvements
* Champion innovation and digital transformation initiatives
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
* Provide accurate performance reporting to senior leadership
Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of the water and wastewater sector
* Experience with NEC contracts and industry frameworks
* Proven track record in senior management and project delivery
* Strong financial acumen and commercial leadership skills
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation abilities
* Full UK driving licence
