Your new role
As a Project Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful migration of suppliers. You will assist the Project Manager in coordinating all aspects of the project, oversee supplier management, prepare and maintain project documentation, and ensure clearmunication with stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include conducting quality assurance activities, organising and scheduling project tasks, monitoring project finances, and managing project issues and risks.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Experience in supplier management
2. Ideally, experience working within localernment or the public sector.
3. Strong organisational and time management skills
4. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in project management software (, MS Project, Trello).
6. Ability to analyse data and generate reports.
7. Knowledge of supplier management processes and council policies.
