Skilfully handle a diverse client portfolio, delivering exceptional service. Monitor and meet deadlines consistently, both for routine tasks and unexpected requests. Carry out administrative tasks as required to support members of the Online Marketplace department. This will include e-filing and /or actioning emails received into the department from Amazon ensuring KPIs are met. Business Development Administrator - Turkish Speaking, the person: Excellent written and speaking communication skills in Turkish and English. Proven experience in a customer service based role.
