About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Walsall. You'll take an active lead in daily shifts, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and guiding newer staff.

Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise shifts, ensuring high standards of care
* Support young people with day-to-day routines, education, and activities
* Manage incidents using trauma-informed approaches
* Complete keyworker responsibilities, care plans, and reports
* Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to junior staff
* Promote independence, resilience, and positive outcomes for young people
Requirements
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
2+ years working with children/young people in EBD settings
UK driving licence (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
Strong communication, leadership, and safeguarding knowledge
