This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, commercially focused leader to join OTT in a senior management position with significant long-term career progression opportunities.As Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of the commercial function across multiple rail and construction projects, ensuring strong financial performance, robust contract management, effective risk control and consistent project profitability.
