<div><h3>Roles and Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Billing & Invoicing</b><ul><li>Raising accurate and timely invoices in line with company processes</li><li>Ensuring billing queries are identified and resolved quickly</li><li>Maintaining strong attention to detail to minimise discrepancies</li></ul></li><li><b>Credit Control & Collections</b><ul><li>Proactively monitoring aged debt and chasing overdue invoices</li><li>Managing the collection cycle in a professional and customer-focused manner</li><li>Negotiating payment plans where appropriate</li><li>Posting and allocating incoming payments</li><li>Reconciling customer accounts and investigating discrepancies</li><li>Maintaining accurate financial records</li><li>Building strong working relationships with customers and internal teams</li><li>Acting as a point of contact for account queries</li><li>Collaborating with sales and operations to resolve issues efficiently</li></ul></li><li><b>Reporting & Month-End</b><ul><li>Supporting month-end close activities</li><li>Preparing reports on aged debt and cash collection performance</li><li>Identifying trends and suggesting process improvements</li></ul></li></ul><h3>About you</h3><ul><li>Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Finance Administration</li><li>Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional approach</li><li>Ability to manage workloads independently and prioritise effectively</li><li>A proactive mindset, with the confidence to chase and resolve issues</li><li>Good working knowledge of Excel and finance systems</li></ul><p>Location: The Horder Centre, Crowborough</p><p>Hours: Permanent, Full-Time</p><p>Salary: up to £25,993.50 per annum, depending on experience</p><p>In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencing employment.
