We’re now looking for an Internal Account Manager to join our Regional Sales & Customer Services team.
The role
You’ll manage a portfolio of up to 150 customer accounts, acting as a trusted day‑to‑day partner while driving growth and delivering outstanding service. Working closely with Key Account Managers and internal teams, you’ll play a key role in supporting regional revenue targets and strengthening long‑term customer relationships.
What you’ll be doing
* Building strong, trusted relationships with customers
* Developing existing accounts, onboarding new customers and reactivating lapsed ones
* Creating, managing and converting quotations
* Identifying cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities, including product demos where needed
* Promoting campaigns, events and digital / e‑commerce tools
* Supporting showroom visits and customer experience activity
* Collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams
What we’re looking for
* 1–2 years’ experience in a sales or customer‑facing role
* Confident phone and written communication skills
* A proactive, commercially focused mindset
* Ability to manage priorities and follow opportunities through to completion
* Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Interest in digital tools and modern ways of engaging customers
