RPO Executive - (Internal Talent Acquisition role)
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Location: Macclesfield Area
Working Pattern: Full-Time | Fully Office-Based | Hybrid may be considered following probation, but is not guaranteed
Carrot Recruitment is proud to be supporting a leading healthcare consultancy in their search for an RPO Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative People and Talent team, supporting recruitment activity across the business and helping to attract and secure high-quality talent.
This role offers exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle and would suit an organised, proactive individual with previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience who enjoys building relationships and delivering a positive candidate experience.
Everything you need to know about the role
As an RPO Executive, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process across the organisation, working closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to identify, engage and secure top talent.
You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams while supporting wider people initiatives across the business.
You'll be involved in:
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple vacancies
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
- Screening CVs and identifying suitable candidates for open positions
- Conducting telephone screening interviews and coordinating face-to-face interviews
- Providing timely and professional feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business
- Managing multiple vacancies and recruitment campaigns simultaneously
- Screening candidates to ensure eligibility, visa requirements and salary expectations align with company requirements
- Maintaining recruitment records and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Providing administrative support across wider people and talent initiatives as required
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
- Previous experience within recruitment, talent acquisition or internal resourcing
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Confident using recruitment platforms, job boards and LinkedIn
- Strong IT skills and comfortable working across multiple systems
- Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, healthcare or market research sectors would be advantageous but is not essential
- A solutions-focused approach with the ability to use initiative and think ahead
