Realtime are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst for a permanent position based in Dublin City Centre.
Responsibilities
* Serve as a vital liaison between various business functions, IT, and third-party providers.
* Collect, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
* Collaborate closely with internal and external teams and stakeholders to meticulously map out end-to-end processes, user journeys, and use cases.
* Design and document new business procedures, outlining ownership, roles, and responsibilities.
* Create and maintain functional specification documentation throughout the project's lifecycle, ensuring approval from relevant stakeholders.
* Develop and establish data flow diagrams and interface specifications in collaboration with technical teams.
* Extract acceptance criteria from stakeholders to contribute to testing cycles.
* Review system solution documents in relation to business requirements.
* Manage requirements traceability and track their status throughout the project.
* Coordinate with developers and test teams to ensure clear interpretation of requirements.
* Assist in tracking and specifying requirements for approved scope changes using effective change control processes.
* Provide support to project teams during development, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
* Aid Project Managers and project teams in delivering high-quality scope within the agreed schedule and milestones.
* Facilitate the Service Introduction process and identify opportunities for operational process improvements across project areas.
* Regularly communicate progress updates to Project Managers.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of delivering large IT integration projects.
* Knowledge or experience in textiles supply chain and retail systems is advantageous.
* Proven experience in assisting the successful delivery of projects involving significant business process changes within set timelines and budgets.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
