HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner - £47,000 - £50,000 Fixed Term Contract for 1 Year to cover Maternity leave.

*Office Based*

Experienced HR Business Partner to join a collaborative, people focused environment. As HR Business Partner you will have multi-site responsibility, working closely with key stakeholders and senior management to champion HR throughout the business. This role combines strategic input with hands-on HR delivery supporting managers across the business to manage HR processes, drive performance, and build engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the HR lead for change projects (site changes, restructuring, TUPE)

* Manage complex HR cases in partnership with key stakeholders

* Provide HR advice to Site Manager and their management teams

* Work with Managers to ensure employee issues are resolved quickly and where possible informally

* Coach Line Managers to ensure they are competent in tackling ER issues in an appropriate manner

* Partner with senior leadership to embed behaviours aligned with company values and drive change to improve organisational effectiveness

* Use data and insights to improve engagement, performance, and culture

* Handle employee relations issues (grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies)

* Influence the development of HR policies and processes to ensure they meet the needs of the business.

* Assist the HR Director when needed and support on wider projects

* Actively develop the HR administrators and be point of contact for them

Personal Attributes:

* 5+ years' experience in HR, ideally in a business partnering role

* Proven experience in restructuring within the UK context

* Strong knowledge of performance management and employee relations

* Strong knowledge of TUPE and employment law

* Comfortable working with HR systems

* Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach

* Adaptable/flexible

* CIPD qualification (preferably level 5)
