About the Role
Belcan Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a
Bill of Materials (BoM) Configurator
to join a dynamic Engineering Services team supporting both current products and exciting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a global organisation and collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
You'll play a key role in configuring and maintaining engine build lists for production and aftermarket, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and engineering changes. The role also offers the chance to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the evolution of the team into a more technically focused unit.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow into a
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
in BoM systems and configuration management. With exposure to cutting-edge tools and multidisciplinary teams, the
BoM Configurator
will play a key role in shaping how material data is captured and used across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure and maintain BoMs for IPSD-M Production and Aftermarket engines.
* Create new configured groups to support evolving product structures.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
* Advocate and contribute to continuous improvement within BoM configuration processes.
* Support operational efficiency and accuracy in product data management.
