Overview

The shift pattern for this post is rotational 7 day a week working / days/nights
Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding patient care in a high-pressure environment and take pride in what you do.
* Demonstrate a caring, professional manner and excellent communication skills.
* Work well within a team and adapt to challenging situations.
* Care for a varied patient group on Ward 46, a 20-bed unit with short-stay medical beds and head injury beds, and contribute to the care of patients in the acute phase of head injury.
* Develop skills across medical nursing and, where appropriate, head injury care.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 18 months qualification on the NMC Register.
* Experience in an acute healthcare setting is desirable.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills with a caring attitude.
