Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day operations of the power generation facility, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and reliability.
* Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production goals and regulatory requirements.
* Manage plant budgets, capital projects, and resource planning.
* Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all departments.
* Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
* Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and corporate leadership to drive efficiency and innovation.
* Monitor plant performance metrics and lead root cause analysis for operational issues.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required.
* Extensive experience (10+ years preferred) in the power generation industry, with a strong understanding of plant operations, systems, and regulatory frameworks.
* Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a high-stakes environment.
* Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental compliance.
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation
Pay Range: $180,000.00 to $210,000.00 per year
