Job Description:
Due to continuing growth, this award-winning law firm is currently recruiting a Senior Associate to join its Corporate team in Edinburgh and Glasgow. The team has extensive experience advising on a full range of corporate transactions across various sectors, including healthcare, technology, and manufacturing.
The role offers a range of corporate work, such as M&A deals, compliance, and corporate governance. You will take ownership of matters while also assisting with larger, more complex cases.
Candidates will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, with experience managing transactions across all stages being desirable.
This is a full-time position, however, there is the possibility of a 4-day working week for the right candidate. The firm has opportunities in both Edinburgh and Glasgow and welcomes applications from locally based corporate lawyers or those willing to relocate to Scotland.
