Driving new business acquisition through your own proactive prospecting and high-quality client engagement. Leading, coaching and motivating a small team of Business Development Managers. Attending client meetings, networking events, and industry functions to build strong, long-term relationships. Collaborating with senior leadership to shape sales strategy and ensure the company stands out through its exceptional service. Proven and successful track record in business development within the corporate travel sector. Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams. Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers. Highly proactive approach to prospecting and relationship building.
