Job Title: Y1 Teaching Assistant Blackburn

Salary:
£13.75 - £14.20 per hour
Job Duties:
* Supporting the Year 1 teacher in delivering lessons
* Assisting with classroom management and student supervision
* Working with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Assisting with administrative tasks related to teaching
Required Qualifications:
* GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
* Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
Experience:
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of child development and learning principles
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Good organisational skills
* Patience and empathy
Preferred Qualifications:
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
* Temporary position with full-time hours
* Work within a primary school setting
* Potential for involvement in extracurricular activities
