The Opportunity
We’re looking for a talented Accounts Professional to join our clients finance team on a full‑time basis. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with the Accounts Administrators and Operations Manager, supporting both UK and US operations. If you’re detail‑oriented, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
* Accounts Receivable
* Credit Control
* Process Direct Debits and set up new credit accounts
* Prepare Statements
* Account Reconciliations
* VAT Returns
* Accounts Payable
* Complete Month‑End Processes for UK & USA operations
* Produce Monthly Invoice Factor Reports
What We’re Looking For
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
* Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus)
* Ideally qualified to HND level or equivalent experience
