Key Responsibilities
* Conduct property surveys and inspections to identify defects, disrepair, and compliance issues.
* Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and schedules of work.
* Advise on building maintenance, repairs, and improvement works.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and building regulations.
* Liaise with contractors, residents, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
* Manage budgets and monitor project progress where required.
