Our client, a specialist office furniture supplier, is on the lookout for an organised, personable, and proactive Salesperson to join their vibrant team in Clerkenwell! 📍 Location: Showroom-based, Clerkenwell (work from home two days a week)
⌚ Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
💼 Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 (dependent on experience) + Very Generous Uncapped Commission
🎯 Key Responsibilities
As our Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in end-to-end account management, focusing on:
* Achieving sales targets while nurturing existing client relationships.
* Generating new client relationships and exploring fresh opportunities.
* Providing a seamless and professional service throughout the order, delivery, and installation processes.
Your varied tasks will include:
* Gathering pricing and raising quotes in the company's standard format.
* Proposing alternatives to meet client needs.
* Keeping all paperwork up-to-date and organised.
* Maximising delivery efficiency by liaising with the installation team and clients.
* Building our brand through strong relationships with Dealers, Architects, and Designers.
* Attending events and networking outside of core hours to enhance visibility and connections.

* Proven experience in exceptional customer service and account management within the commercial furniture industry.
* A positive and proactive approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
* Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel and Word.
* A self‑starter mentality, ensuring colleagues are always kept in the loop.
